Provide assistance to the HR Local and Foreign departments
- Human Resource DutiesUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment packages.

Handle local hiring by posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days).
- Payroll DutiesGather payroll data like leaves, working hours, bank accounts, creation of timesheets.

Preparation of employees’ payslips for the month.
- Any other adhoc or administrative duties like Pantry and Office Supplies Restocking, and Oxley Office Unit Viewing Arrangement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
