Job Title: Production Superintendent

**About the Job**

As a production superintendent in OEM and ODM manufacturing industry, the task of the role included optimising the production scheduling plan, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of the production task, daily management and supervision, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs, predicting risk points in the production progress, assessing employee capacity etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimising the production scheduling plan according to the production plan, matching the resources needed to complete the production task, setting the deadlines and target, updating the content of the plan, and ensuring the efficient and timely completion of the production task of the day
- Responsible for daily management and supervision, allocate all resources in the workshop, conduct objective assessment, maximise the utilisation of all the resources invested in the workshop, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs
- Predicts the risk point in production process, constantly improve the quality, safety awareness and professional operation skills of employees
- Summarising quality control points, form training templates, constantly improve the comprehensive quality pass rate of production
- Responsible for workshop personnel safety training and education, actively create a safe production environment
- Responsible for capacity assessment, propose personnel demand plan timely, rationally arrange employment and improve per capita efficiency
- Responsible for workshop 6S management and inspection implementation
- Responsible for decomposing workshop performance indicators, formulating corrective and preventive measures, conducting monthly performance interviews and proposing reasonable improvement suggestions to complete the formulation of performance targets

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in production management, quality management, logistics management, IE engineering, and etc
- At least 3 years of working experience in production management or equipment management in cosmetics or related industry
- Familiar with ISO9001 and other related knowledge
- Leaderships skills, communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Equipment Management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sungai Buloh (preferred)
