Compounding Supervisor

a. To supervise and operate the daily operation and maintain the efficiently of Compounding.

b. Responsible to compound and prepare chemical dispersions.

c. To supervise the reception of latex chemical, compounding of latex and chemical preparation.

d. Ensure the work area in clean.

e.. To train the operators regarding work instruction and continuously monitor their work performance.

f. To ensure all latex Compounding with colour Matching before production use.

g. To monitor the workers attendance and performance.

h. To take the latex from compound tank and storage tank.

i. To count the chemical stock.

j. To planning the usage of chemical stock for compound.

k. To arrange daily job for leader and operators.

l. To request chemical from warehouse.

m. To key in all the data of compound into system.

n. To ensure the compound activity is same as per schedule.

o. To ensure the safety and health in compounding area.

p. To handle any ad-hoc task given by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

2.Experience in manufacturing will be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
