**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help sales, Relationship Management, and Merchant Services with admin tasks and communication.
- Answer internal teams' questions and issues about client transactions.
- Escalate complex problems to the right people.
- Keep track of client cases to ensure they're resolved on time.
- Update client records accurately and keep documents organized.
- Help with research, data, and other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
