**Job Requirements**:

- **MALAYSIAN **only.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Available to work shifts, even over weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, and replenishing condiments.
- Assisting management and hosts to meet, greet, and seat guests, and issuing them food menus.
- Informing guests of special offers and stock shortages before they select items off the menu.
- Ensuring beverages are served swiftly and replenished continuously.
- Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
- Following up on food and beverage orders with the back of house (BOH).
- Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience, and providing management with feedback.
- Issuing guests with their check on request, and greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.

**The Location**:
Our Ramen shop is located in Kuala Lumpur in the Gardens Mall. Prime location with numerous developments in the surrounding area for offices, residence and retail. This will not only be a great location for business as local demographics are strong, but is as well convenient with many public transport in the area

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
