Handle front desk duties (greeting and attending customers with great friendly service )
- Filing, organizing and retrieving of all outlet paperwork and data for management.
- Customer Support, such as invoicing, quotations, claims and receipts, customer service, promotion packages etc.
- Provide backend support to front liners in terms of ordering and follow ups.
- Ensuring patients records are organized
- Keeping registration counter neat and tidy while maintaining outlets' image.
- Handling request and solve problems in timely manner for customer satisfaction.
- Any other tasks that is required by management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in business/admin or relevant courses
- Able to cover 2 outlets, one in town centre, the other near IM 7.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Have good personality, love to interact with customers.
- Superb team player.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detailed oriented and seldom make mistakes.
- Other talents such as IT skills or fluency in other languages will be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
