a. To control and monitoring daily electrical power and water meter reading.

b. To control and monitoring cooling tower water treatment system. (air condition system)

c. To maintain a good maintenance on air condition system and electrical system.

d. To coordinate with STM regarding telephone direct lines and telecommunication system.

e. To maintain the Fire fighting and Fire protection system in a good condition and safe.

f. To maintain the Passengers lift and Goods lift in good condition and also coordinate with JKJ on safety precaution.

g. To maintain good housekeeping and building maintenance facilities.

h. To maintain the Power Substation in safe and good condition esp. Low Voltage and High Tension system also power protection system.

i. To perform all other duties and functions as and when assigned by the superiors.

Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
