- Responsible for all Hampers/Gift wrapping in the shop
- To assist walk-in customers with product enquiry
- Creative, resourceful, independent and mature
- Process orders for delivery or pickup, including packaging and labelling arrangements.
- Attend to customer inquiries and assist with choosing product hampers and arrangements for their needs.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the senior and other team members to plan and execute special events and projects.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining customer records.
- Be knowledgeable in all product names, pricing, and types of arrangements.
- Prepare decoration materials for Hamper arrangements.
- Order item or decoration for upcoming orders.
- Assist in the day to day operations of managing the shop

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in deco hamper or manage operation is advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hamper Deco: 1 year (preferred)
