Junior Accounts Executive

_**ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE**_

1. The primary responsibility of the bookkeeper is to capture account receivables into a system on daily basis.

2. Maintain a proper filing system.

3. Responsible to monitor and control credit management.

4. Able to complete the billing on timely basis before month end closing.

5. Able to prepare bank reconciliations.

6. Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies.

7. It is imperative to keep information confidential and secure it through the use of data-based backups that comply with the Company Act.

8. Assist the Financial Controller/ Finance Manager with all financial matters under your responsibility.

9. Perform any specific duties assigned to you by the Financial Manager/Financial Controller/Management from time to time.

10. Assist to do closing accounts process for monthly, quarterly, and annually.

11. Any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
