To prepare company's Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- To participate in monitoring, appraising and auditing suppliers.
- To ensure full compliance of purchasing related policies, activities, procedures with the company's required quality standards.
- To ensure all documents is proper filling
- Liaise with supplier to register as new vendor
- Register new RFQ into sourcing tracking list.
- Assist in daily sourcing operations
- Maintaining computer records and keeps the tiles well documented
- To perform any tasks as requested by the HOD from time to time
- Any other task assigned by the Management
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when required

**Qualification Requirements**
- Good interpersonal and communication / negotiation skill, good contact with supplier
- With pleasant personality such as positive attitude, active, self motivated, cautious, responsible and extrovert.
- Atleast SPM/Diploma
- Good computer skills-Microsoft office 7 Excel, etc.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
