Job Description: IT Risk Analyst

We’re looking for an IT Risk Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing IT risks associated with the company's operations, with a specific focus on multi-currency transactions. You will collaborate with various teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the overall security posture of our fintech platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the security posture of third-party vendors and partners involved in multi-currency services.
- Update and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the unique challenges of multi-currency operations.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.
- Follow up on remediation of identified vulnerabilities and follow up on closures
- Support increasing risk management workload esp per PCI DSS 4.0 compliance and additional compliance requirements across markets
- Develop and deliver IT security awareness and training programs, emphasizing the unique considerations of multi-currency transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT risk analysis, with a focus on fintech or multi-currency operations.
- 1-2 years of related work experience and cloud security preferred
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and development lifecycle security.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
