Art Director

Responsible for managing design works and creating innovative design that meets business goals.
- To conceptualize and execute original and innovative design solutions for merchandise and POSM.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and other departments to understand project objectives and deliverables, and brainstorm ideas.
- Present and pitch design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and feedback.
- Supervise and mentor Junior Designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence; ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
- Research and stay updated on the latest design trends, tools and technologies.
- Update and maintain internal databases of design work.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in Product Design / Graphic Design / Advertising or relevant industry.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Creative and pay great attention to details.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
