Plating Supervisor

Lead and establish development and improvement of plating or washing line. -Actively monitor the plating line qualitative performance and respond to quality issues. -Report quality yield and rejects to management at regular basis. -Determine and support development of existing and new products depending on customer specification. -Establish and follow up documentation relating to process work instructions, chemical analysis, and maintenance of plating line and related equipment/tools.
