**工作角色**
直接向規劃和報告經理報告。
主要職責包括管理報告、財務規劃和稅務。主要任務是為整個物業組合的物業管理團隊提供財務支持，以確保及時準確的報告、預測和分析，從而有助於商業決策。
作為助理經理，您將負責財務報告和差異分析、預算規劃和控制、現金流量管理以及向相關外部機構和當局報告。
您將為財務營運團隊提供支持，以編制每月管理帳目、集團報告的季度分部報告要求以及財務業績演示和財務報表。
提供法定審計和稅務事宜的支援和管理。
負責預算和現金流管理。

要成功擔任該職位，候選人必須具備強大的財務分析技能和 MFRS 會計標準。
