**Responsibilities**:

- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business.
- Identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room type, and verify availability of room type and rate.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
- Accommodate and document special requests.
- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Communicate information regarding designated VIP reservations.
- Input and access data in reservation system.
- Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests by communicating with appropriate individual or department.
- Oversee accuracy of room blocks and reservations.
- Any other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar capacity of 4 or 5 star Hotel/Resort property.
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Bahasa. Other languages is preferred for the role.
- A passion for delivering great customer service.
- Highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Able to work on various shift hours, including on weekends and public holidays.
