- Job Description
Technical and Operations support for shop floor personnel assembling and testing both Surface and Subsea equipment.
- Close coordination with respective Shop Product Lead to realize opportunities for continuous improvement and goals of operational excellence.
- Other improvements include but not limited to; Recognize/Reduce/Remove Hazards & Wastes, Improve/Verify shop LEAN processes, Design/procure tools and Digitalization.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / Quality Notification (QN) representative including assisting shop personnel to troubleshoot assembly issues or test failures.
- Interface between Shop/Shop Lead to Application Engineering and other departments on operational and technical issues.
