Junior Maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform all maintenance service requests assigned within designated timeframes.
Monitor and upkeep building systems according to assigned schedules and budget constraints.
Execute the Preventive Maintenance Program as directed.
Assist in overseeing tasks carried out by external contractors.
Be available for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as per schedule.
Report any unusual occurrences or damages promptly to Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
Attend all relevant training sessions as scheduled.
Maintain a safe working environment and take necessary action to address hazards.
Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations outlined in the Staff handbook.
Foster teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues, guests, vendors, and contractors.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Ability to read, write, speaks and understands Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently.
2. Ability to use common tools
3. Ability to understand and follow directions given
4. Ability to work with minimum supervision
Experience:
1. Completion of secondary school education
2. At least 1 year of working experience in facility maintenance
3. Basic understanding of M&E works ( e.g electrical, plumbing, air-con, etc )
