**What you will do in this role**:

- Carry out all purchasing duties for electrical products, electrical accessories, cable and others.
- To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
- Follow up purchase orders issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- Assist in selecting and evaluating existing/new suppliers to ensure they conform to quality, cost and delivery.
- Work closely with the operation, sales and inventory control at maximum efficiency.
- Review monthly sales and adjust the purchasing plan whenever necessary.
- To assist with monthly material or product inventory count
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- Timely submit the matching of PO, invoice, and DO to account for sales tax claim and to smooth the process of payment.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.

**What you need for this role**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- High proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
