Accountant Executive

Assist in day-to-day accounting work and preferably full-set account.
- Prepare and posting AR, AP, Journal into SQL System.
- To monitor debtors and creditors accounts for collections and payments.
- Prepare the reconciliation account reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial, purchasing and other financial related report.
- Responsible for preparation of group accounts and cash flowing monitoring.
- To assist overall financial reporting including preparation of month end closing, yearly financial report and to assist in annual budget.
- To prepare, update production expenses report and tally with the system.
- To work with immediate superior to liaising with auditors, company secretaries, bankers, tax agents and etc.
- To prepare management accounts to auditors.
- To be able to advise, communicate and resolve with auditors in regards to auditing queries.
- To maintain efficient filing and documentation system for audit.
- Participate on committees and special projects, including checking and verifying expenses report, overall production cost report.
- Involve in stock movement, warehouse related documents preferred with relevant experience.
- To assist on other ad-hoc assignment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
