Job Responsibilities: Deliver qualitative services to customers. Promote bank products and services. Build customer relationships. Maintain and manage existing accounts. Capture new accounts. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them. Maintain customer database and update periodically. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Requirement: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening / talkative Preferable high school/diploma / housewife/students / internship / fresh graduates/retires Customer orientation and communication skills Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9.30 am - 7 pm) Location : Seksyen 13, PJ Selangor Public Transportation (LRT - Asia Jaya & MRT) Training provided for 5 days (RM 50 per day) Providing commission paid up upon hire.
