Quantity Surveyor

Prepare monthly progress claim, Final Accounts and subcontractor certificate
- Have site valuation with main-contractor;
- Carry out taking off and liaise with main-contractor and subcontractor for quantity confirmation;
- Prepare Variation Order Submission, VO approval and VO confirmation including cost estimate, price negotiation and measurement.
- Assist in tendering (Pricing and Quotation Calling) while receive tender invitation;
- Assist in monthly financial study by providing necessary data.
- Reviews letter of award, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) working experience ;
- Salary range based on experience;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Balakong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)
