The role of a Beauty Advisor is to provide support and assistance to the sales team and customers in Sensatia Botanicals and reporting to the Store Manager.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Customer Service: Beauty Advisors are responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, answering questions about products or services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

2. Product Knowledge: Beauty Advisors need to have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company. They should be able to provide accurate information, explain product features and benefits, and make appropriate recommendations based on customer needs.

3. Sales Support: Beauty Advisors support the sales task by helping with various tasks, such as preparing product displays, arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the store or sales area is clean and well-presented.

4. Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Beauty Advisors handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or other point-of-sale systems. This may also include the process returns, exchanges, or refunds and ensure that the correct procedures are followed.

5. Stock Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, monitoring stock, and replenishing products are part of a Beauty Advisors’ responsibilities. They assist in stocktaking and be involved in receiving and organizing deliveries.

6. Administrative Duties: Beauty Advisors are also required to perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales records, updating customer databases, and assisting with general paperwork or data entry.

7. Up-selling and Cross-selling: Beauty Advisors are to promote additional products or services to customers, either by suggesting complementary items or informing them about ongoing promotions or discounts.

8. Teamwork and Collaboration: Beauty Advisors work as part of a team and need to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a smooth operation of the sales process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the store's operating hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
