Preschool Assisting Teacher

**Preschool Assistant Teacher Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead teachers in implementing appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children in a nurturing and engaging environment.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by supervising children during activities and promptly addressing behavioral issues.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children reinforcing skills in language development pre-reading pre-writing basic math and social skills.
- Help maintain a clean organized and stimulating classroom by setting up materials and arranging furniture.
- Keep accurate records of attendance progress and observations and collaborate with lead teachers on progress reports.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff participate in meetings and maintain open communication with parents.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols including proper hygiene practices and maintaining a clean environment.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills and knowledge.

**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for working with young children and understanding of their developmental needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from lead teachers.
- Preferrable to based at Johor Bahru Malaysia centre.

**Salary**: RM 800 (negotiable)
