**Job Requirements**
- Minimum education: SPM (or equivalent); certificate/diploma in Science or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year in analytical testing/QC or related field.
- Proficiency in Mathematics.
- Ability to work night shifts and overtime when necessary.
- **Must not be color blind.**
**Responsibilities**
- **Lab Analyst**_
- Conduct quality testing (physical, dry fractionation, processed fats) for incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform chemical dosing for water samples (boiler, softener, cooling tower) as directed.
- Monitor and report on shelf life, texture, and appearance of cooking oil/processed fats products.
- Support lab operations through effective teamwork and communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lab equipment.
- **Quality Control (QC)**_
- Inspect incoming packaging materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor packing plant performance to verify product quality and adherence to standards.
- Conduct finished goods inspections using random sampling.
- Update product approval status in ERP system daily.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
