**What you'll be doing**:

- Responsible for the overall project planning, business process analysis, coordination, tendering, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals, and a highly efficient development / deployment process.
- Contribute to management of projects, project planning, budget control, and overall IT project planning.

**Some of the responsibilities are**:

- Conduct and prepare feasibility analysis for proposed IT projects, use case building, project scope, resource identification and team setup, project tendering, scheduling of project timeline and design of detailed project tasks
- Work closely with other IT teams, project business owners and representatives to analyze and document business process and requirement
- Develops project plan/task list using an appropriate planning tool and standard methodologies
- Maintain project/program governance dashboard and status reports based on project plan/task list, project risks, project contracts, financials, issues, assumptions and dependencies using an appropriate planning tool and standard methodologies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Track and forecast information on project progress, including metrics and challenges
- Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performances
- Provide operation support to track project deliverables and report on progress

**About You**:

- Proactive and take initiative with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Clear understanding of SDLC & Project Management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall / Agile models)
- Hand on project experience in digital projects and Agile methodology is highly preferred
- Experience generating and maintaining documentation for projects, including the business requirement, tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- Good experience in the area of business process improvement, risk assessment and financial management
- Good problem solving, communication and project documentation skills
