1. First level troubleshooting support for all user desktops, laptops hardware and software related. 2. First level troubleshooting support on windows server hardware and software related. 3. Ensure proper backup file in server and able to restore within shortest time. 4. Analyse anti-virus status and take necessary action to address. 5. Ensure all IT related hardware (desktops, laptops, server, network switches, alarm, CCTVs, telephone including PABX, door access, attendance clocking and backup batteries) are working in good condition. 6. Ensure all security equipment such as CCTV able to playback when required and alarm able to trigger. 7. Take every precaution to prevent risk exposure to IT infrastructure. 8. Take pro-active actions to prevent any virus infecting servers, desktops & laptops. 9. Ensure compliance of local law requirement and any audit requirement. 10. Ensure all software licensing compliance. 11. Assist Engineer to perform any given IT related task. 12. Responsible to handle day-to-day IT matters arises.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
