- Job Description:

- To sell ticket to the visitors.
- To report immediately any defect of the computer/ticket printer to the
Assistant Supervisor.
- To be at the ticket counter at any time except lunch hour.
- To provide an information to any inquiry by the visitors.
- To ensure the quantity of the ticket sold are correct.
- Any replacement ticket or refund must be approved by the Assistant
Supervisor.
- To hand over all the daily collections to the Head of Department.
- To ensure cleanliness of the ticket counter.
Job Requirements:

- Age between 25-40 years old.
Positive and good working attitude and willing to learn new things.
- Preferably those who has an experience as a ticket seller.
- Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to interact and assist visitor.
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
