**Role & Responsibilities**
- Conserves superior’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents.
- Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation.
- Distribution of incoming mails and postage of outgoing mails.
- Responsible for tender documentation and supporting documents.
- Manage overall general office administrative including office upkeep & cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, supply of stationeries & related task.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or Office Administration.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
- Familiar with renewal of NIOSH, CIDB, MOF, SPAN & other related agencies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
