Assistant Manager / Manager - Knowledge Management & Training - ASPAC Law
**Description**:
- Oversee technical aspects and address technical issues related to knowledge management and training deliverables.
- Manage and develop online knowledge sharing and learning platforms.
- Assess software and other tools suitable for knowledge management and training initiatives.
- Develop precedents and content to support knowledge sharing and L&D efforts.
- Manage and administer L&D programmes and provide support to trainers and trainees.
- Support in research and consultation work, and contribute to other knowledge management and L&D projects, as required.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in knowledge management, training or related fields. Legal sector experience an added advantage.
- Qualifications from a reputable college/university in knowledge management, IT, law or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365.
- Knowledge in handling and managing SCORM packages.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
