This position requires excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. Must know how to deal with vendors, cooks and hourly employees under pressure.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Food and Beverage ordering for inventory
- Oversees overall operations and staff
- Open and Close the restaurant
- Maintain an effective working relationship with management, associates and employees
- Must adhere to company’s policies and procedures
- Ability to stand for long hours at work in busy environment
- Take phone orders
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to work area, walk-in cooler, and storage
- Enter orders into Point-of-Sale, must balance till at the end of each shift
- Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from customers and vendors
- Manage your time effectively with tasks at hand

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in fast food or restaurant environment
- Possess effective leadership, communication, and problem solving reasoning
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
- Must be versatile and work in a variety of positions such as cold side, hot side, and expediter

**Tools and Technology**:

- Point of Sale Terminal and receipt printer
- Credit Card Processing machine
- Cash register

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: RM27.00 - RM30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
