Position: Finance and Payroll Executive(6-month Contract)
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Payroll Processing:
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
- Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
2. Financial Transactions:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
- Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.
- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.
4. Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data for payroll.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve finance-related issues.
- Assist in special finance projects as needed.
5. Software Proficiency:
- Utilize payroll manual template and accounting software effectively.
- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and financial accounting (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
