- Plan purchase order (PO) effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive claim checking to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for sales transactions.
- Monitor the daily routines of salespersons to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute a monthly coverage plan to achieve strategic sales objectives.
- To attend any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience.
- Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Well versed in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Basic knowledges in Computer & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Own transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
