Ensures Purchase Orders, receiving DO and Invoices are matched
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents submitted for payments
- To receive and process all invoices, expense claim and requests for payment
- Reconciling the suppliers’ statement ready for payment
- Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner
- To maintain and reconcile the associate company account in accurate
- Ensure proper documentation, records and filing of all AP and AR statements and invoices
- Monitoring of monthly A/C Receivables (AR) and A/C Payable (AP)
- Prepare Debit Notes, Credit Notes and Contra Notes
- Perform banking transactions and reconcile it
To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent, with good interpersonal skills able to communicate with all level employees
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, presentation slide, SQL
- Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
