Cost Accounting Manager

**Job Descriptions**:
**Summary**:
- Responsible for matters related to finance and accounting of the company.
- Ensure monthly financial and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner.
- Handle day-to-day operations in Finance Department, assist in budgeting, tax queries and statutory audit.
- Assist in product costing preparation and financial report analysis.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Handle full set of material management accounts, and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
- Timely and accurate preparation of material data reporting.
- Analysing process order variances, improving or minimizing variances, work closely with production managers.
- Prepare analysis schedules to assist in analyzing material management performance.
- Prepare all product costing, product costing analysis, and comparison. Communicate to Sales on pricing upon approval of Managing Director.
- Review BOM on material and LLS, ensure realistic costing, submit to Data Management for New Article creation.
- Handle yearly stock take.
- Yearly budget preparation, sales budget, sales and Margin, analyse the product margin after budget cost run, expenses Budget, budget key in.
- Preparing cost analysis.
- Analysis of yield products, variances, scrap losses, BOM and LLS review.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Advance level Microsoft Excel.
- A detailed person with excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge in product costing is a must, activity-based costing or standard costing.
- A team player with good attitude, pro-active, result oriented and able to work independently.
