**Qualifications**:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Food Science, occupational safety or any related field. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Hygiene Manager/ Assistant Hygiene Manager or 3-4 years' experience as Hygiene Executive preferable in a large hotel. Strong knowledge in government regulation pertaining to food safety. Professional certification in Food Safety is added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication skill is a must.
