Job Title: Administrative cum Personal Assistant

Location: Bukit Bintang / Damansara Heights

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for company executives.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

2. Personal Assistance:

- Provide personal support to company executives, including managing personal calendars and appointments.
- Handle personal errands and tasks, such as booking appointments, making reservations, and arranging family activities.
- Coordinate household maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist with personal correspondence, bill payments, and other administrative tasks related to personal affairs.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling personal matters.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
