**About Us**

The Deemples team is lean and independent. Our team works remotely across the Kuala Lumpur area, connected by tools that keep workflow progress and communications fluid, building and marketing great technology that improves the golfing experience for both golfers and golf clubs.

**About the Role**:
We're looking for someone to lead our organic growth efforts through an effective SEO and growth strategy.

**Our SEO Specialist will have...**
- Experience in both setting and executing an SEO growth strategy for sites with thousands of organic sessions a month. And you can replicate that experience across the Deemples website.
- You're a skilled SEO and growth specialist. You are equally adept at setting the SEO product vision as you are with the technical tactics and tools needed to execute against that vision.
- You can translate analysis into plans. You know how to interpret the data you see, turn that into product roadmaps and well-designed features, and help teams execute on those roadmaps.
**Things You'll Have to Do...**
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Identify the SEO gaps and opportunities related to the result relevancy, SERP Appearance, Visitors’ Experience and Targeted Keywords.
- Perform a SWOT and competitive analysis [TAM, SAM, SOM] and preparing and submitting a report on the same.
- Help in developing and executing SEO compelling content that answers the searchers’ query on the listing page. Also, helping us in building the right tool for content deployment.
- Set and own monthly SEO traffic and customer acquisition / conversion goals. Consistently communicate those plans and progress to the team.
- Identify the right user search keywords and based on the same, create a proposal to increase the depth of the filters so as to create depth in the URL.
- Improve search rankings across our existing keyword targets and analyze keyword opportunities to help us spot new areas for growth.
- Guide the information architecture that includes but is not limited to navigation, page type, page structure, content organisation, etc.
- Collaborate, on a daily basis, with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and content marketers to execute towards search goals.
- Optimise mobile apps to rank higher in an app store's search results
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- More than 2 years of experience in the field of SEO.
- Worked on a high-traffic e-commerce portal
- The experience of building an SEO architecture from scratch.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
- Familiarity with relevant SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahref, WebTrends, Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of research principles, methods and experience in analyzing the data.
- Knowledge in golf
**NOTE**:
You're a skilled SEO practitioner and can combine your analysis skills to help shape roadmaps and execute on strategies that will help improve rankings, links, bounce rates and more.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
