Quantity Surveyor

Prepares tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Consultant and or the Client. -Cost evaluation for Sub-contractor or suppliers for procurement. -Prepares and analyses costing for tenders. -Provides advice on contractual claims. -Analyses outcomes and writing detailed progress reports. -Evaluates completed work and arranging payments. -Undertakes Tender document quantity and other checks. -Collects information with site measurement. -Assists in establishing and monitoring of budget for project. -Prepares Progressive Claim of the project -Prepares and arranges final claim of project -Prepares documents for variation orders evaluation and negotiation -Conducts compliances of the project in line with client and consultants’ requirements -Negotiation in Purchasing material -Issues PO & DO and material checking upon delivery Job requirements: -Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent -5 years related working experiences -Familiar with contract and construction terminology -Able and good in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
