Cafe Supervisor

**Management and Leadership**: Supervising cafe staff, including baristas and waitstaff, and ensuring that all employees are trained properly. The supervisor often schedules staff shifts and assigns duties.
- **Customer Service**: Ensuring customers receive excellent service, handling complaints and queries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring the quality of food and drinks served meets the cafe's standards. This could involve tasting food and drinks and training staff on proper preparation techniques.
- **Inventory Management**: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the cafe is stocked with necessary items like coffee, milk, food, napkins, etc.
- **Financial Management**: Handling cash, overseeing transactions.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensuring the cafe complies with health and safety regulations. This includes maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
