Video Production Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Prepare and coordinate project timelines and schedules in support of the lead producer. Prepare call sheets for the production team and talent.
- **Pre-production Support**: Coordinate pre-production Zoom meetings, ensuring directors' participation. Schedule and arrange interviews with potential profiles to be filmed. Record and extract compelling content from interviewees prior to the actual shoot.
- **Sourcing for Locations**: Online search for suitable locations, negotiate rates and availability with location owners or managers. Provide onsite crew with necessary information and contact points. Identify nearby amenities and arrange backup locations if needed.
- **Engaging, Negotiating and Coordinating with 3rd Parties**: Coordinate, recruit and negotiate with freelance writers, crew, talents, voice-over artists and other 3rd parties involved in the production. Manage the negotiations and signing of freelance contracts with our 3rd parties.
- **Final Deliverables**:Proofread content for language errors. Coordinate translations and prepare various formats. Liaise with the post-production team to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience within the video production and content creation industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp or Asana

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
