**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Perform Cashiering Duties at Assigned F & B Outlets
- Handle cash float and control of cash takings.
- Post through Cash Register upon receipt of Captain’s Order.
- Prepare bill for settlement upon guests check out.
- Ensure all checks signed by resort guest are charged to their room account promptly and correctly.
- Handle Entertainment Checks and Officers Checks and prepare consumption control sheet.
- Prepare Restaurant sales analysis for F&B Costing.
- Handle tips received record.
- Prepare Cashier’s Report and Correction Report if any.
- Prepare remittance envelope and put in drop-safe.
- Pass all used Guest Checks, Credit Cards, Captain Orders, reports to Night Auditor.
- Keep the cash float in safe deposit box provided.
- Lock all unused Guest Checks.
2. Provide Efficient Service to Customers.
- Perform table setting in accordance with established standard.
- Ensure silverware, chinaware is polished and linen is in good condition.
- Perform mis-en-place before service.
- Welcoming, greet and direct customer to the designated table.
- Promote special promotion food & beverages to customer.
- Take food and beverage order from customers/guests politely and record down in orderly manner on the captain order.
- Deliver the captain order to bar and kitchen, follow up within the preparation time.
- Serve the customers/guests with the prepared foods and beverages.
- Handle any minor complaint and forward major complaint to immediate superior for further action.
- Ensure all customers/guests are being served accordingly and timely.
- Clear the used plate and refill drinking water from time to time when needed.
3. Others
- Learn menu items and daily specialties and seasonal food, including beverages.
- Participate in the daily work schedules and mis-em-place.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)
- F&B Management: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Food Handling (preferred)
