* Basic computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Min. 1 year working experience in related field.
- Detect and troubleshoot network issue.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English is a MUST.
- Basic salary + Allowance + OT.
- EPF + SOCSO + EIS.
- Own transportation, prefer motorcycle
- Able to work independent and able to outstation.
Job Scope:
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Responding to client IT support requests.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Delivery, installation, configuration & testing on hardware purchased by customers
- Maintaining good customer relations.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Tracking and managing work records. (Onsite Form - Service Report)
- Compiling job reports and update on Internal System. (Daily)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
