**Responsibilities**:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide tea services including preparing tea/coffee/drink and serving those as required, clearing and collecting used cups and washing it.
- Check, clean and maintain the thermo, fridge, water dispenser and take care of all equipment in the pantry.
- Check, clean and maintain the cleanliness of chairman office, personal assistant room, dining room and meeting rooms.
- Ensure constant availability of kitchen accessories such as kitchen paper towers, paper cup, stirrer, plastic waste bin, mineral water, hand washing soap and etc.
- Assist in special events and meeting for food and beverage.
- Stock control for tea, coffee, grocery, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc.
- Report of any malfunctioning equipment or items in areas of operation: doors, handles, locks, taps, lights, switches, etc.
- Carry out any duties delegated by immediate superior from time to time.
- Ensure and adhere to strict safety, sanitation and hygiene of pantry by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations.
- Wash, store, and maintain the cleanliness of bowl equipment and ensuring that the care area is always neat and clean.
- Respond to complaints and special requests.
- Discipline and practice cleanliness, tidiness at all times.
- Always practice the safety and health guidelines.
- To ensure that facilities are used appropriately.
- To take action against any reports/complaint/request/incident.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- To complete ad-hoc tasks as and when instructed.
- To assist PIC/Building Manager/Building Executive to complete other relevant management task.
- Others - as assign by PIC/Building Manager/Building Executive

**Requirements**:
Qualification or Educational Requirements:

- At least 1 or 2 years of working experiences in cleaning industry or the related field.
- Applicant must be willing to work in shift.
- Applicants must be willing to work overtime / Sunday / Public Holidays.

Job Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

- Ability to work in a team environment with professional and optimistic attitude.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision. Must be proactive and takes action without being prompted.
- Committed in completing the task assigned.
- Critical thinking and proactive.
- Good time management and working under pressure.
- Able to meet deadline and good in time management.
- Knowledge and expertise sharing to others.
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
