Talent Sourcer

**The Role**:
This role is a 6-month contract.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Help us to implement market mapping as a vital component of our strategic sourcing strategy. You won’t be starting fully from scratch as we have an existing list for you to work from.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Proven Experience** - You have a proven track record of being a Sourcer, preferably for a startup. You don’t have to necessarily come from a VC background but you have hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray etc).
- ** Communication** - You have strong communication skills whether verbal, written, or in presentations. This is important especially when you’re the first point of contact from Iterative.
- ** Growth Mindset** - You have a growth mindset. Meaning you can and will learn whatever you need to get the job done. We don’t always have the answers to everything, but you should get comfortable stretching your existing skills or learning completely new ones.
- ** Familiarity with tools** - aside from the usual suspects (Slack, Zoom, Notion etc.), we use LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.

**What to Expect**:

- ** Fully Remote** - You’ll be able to work remotely and (mostly) set your own schedule.
- ** Flexibility** - You'll have a lot of flexibility in your role, and will be able to help define what our operations infrastructure looks like going forward.
- ** Dynamic** - We're an early-stage startup. Projects and priorities are likely to shift. You should be comfortable with a dash of chaos. This is not the kind of job where you show up and we tell you exactly what to do every day.
