Main Responsibilities - Registred holder of Pharmaceutical License for N.A.Z Medical Supplies Sdn. Bhd. - To update and renew Poison License A & Wholesale License for supplies purpose. - Fully responsible of procurement department including drug and medical tender. - To register medical & drug items that are related to the Ministry of Health. - To communicate with inbound & outbound manufacturer / distributor pertaining order / quotation when needed. - Responsible for incoming and outgoing record for item under poison scheduled list and inbound & outbound selling activities. - To approve order records in system prior to stock booking & delivery order be prepared by staffs. - To perform Goods Acceptance for drugs item upon stocks received after IT Department perform Goods Inwards. - Update & filing all documents related to Scheduled Poison list for inspection by Pharmacy Enforcement Officers during visit. - To ensure sufficient stocks level for drug and medical items related to Mindef contracts. - To maintain a good relationship and interaction with customers and suppliers in order to ensure all purchase and deliveries activities is running smoothly. - Serve as a key member of the executive team and responsible for the planning, implementing and managing a comprehensive growth strategy that sets the company’s strategic direction in new business development. - Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy. - Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment. - Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management. - Win early customers with limited support. - Help to increase company profile in the market. - Identifying and evaluate opportunities - Working together with other departments to locate and strategize the most appropriate way to take advantage of market opportunities. - Collaborate and build effective relationships across a matrix of Global, Regional and Country stakeholders to ensure that profitable portfolio growth strategies and objectives are achieved. - Identify and exploit new opportunities to extend customer base or product range for business growth within the territory.
