Record customer Purchase Order
- Update new or change forecast into SAP system
- Issue sales order record to planner-Arrange shipment to customer according to Purchase Order due date or upon verbal or written request by customer.
- Update new or change item into SAP system
- Prepared for stock control record and monthly stock report for finish goods.
- Compilation on custom documents for monthly LMW Report.
- Prepared Monthly MRP Report-Make arrangement shipment for others request (sample etc.).
- Carry out any further instruction from superior (ad-hock assignment).
- Ensure daily activities are complying with company environmental policy and procedure.
- Stationery control and order for Accounts Section.
- To perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior (ad-hoc assignment).
Competency Requirement:
- Educational and Experience: Diploma or Degree in Accounting or other related field
- Skills:Verbal and written communications skills
Self motivated, honest and possess leadership qualities and able to work independently.
Training:
- Any related job function course
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
