Protege Trainee

Duties and Responsibilities 1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety, health & environmental system. 2. To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements. 3. To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment. 4. To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health. 5. To carry out procedure Handling of Documents and Records for documents received, updated and issued at head office and site office. 6. To assist in setting up Document Control Team at site. 7. To monitor and handle document control at HQ / Project Site 8. To review relevant submission to clients. 9. To control all in-coming and out-going correspondence, drawings, inspections and testing report. 10. To update and distribute relevant logs/summary. 11. To coordinate the flow of drawings, update registers and manage superseded documents. 12. To assist in preparation, photocopying of colored documents, distribution at Project. 13. To digitize (scan into pdf) and index all relevant documents within the company for online retrieval. 14. To update and distribute the filing system as per PFI. 15. To carry out Archiving Documents at HQ/Site. 16. To conduct trainings, inductions to personnel on handling of documents at HQ and /or Project. 17. To continually improve the process of handling of documents throughout the HQ/Project Site. 18. To generate yearly report on matters pertaining to document control. 19. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superiors.
