**JOB ROLE**

Strive to provide pleasant experience for patrons of the Indoor Playground. Ensure best customer service provided at all times

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ensure the facilities are in good condition and ready for customers.

Ensure the outlet is clean all the time.

**JOB DUTIES**

1. To keep a watchful eye on children and ensure they are safe at all times.

2. To constantly check outlet assets such as slides, swings, etc are in tip top condition. In any case of damage to assets, you are to report to maintenance at the soonest.

3. To assist in the preparation of any events organized at outlet, which includes setup of booths, props preparation and food & beverage preparation.

4. To assist with administration tasks

5. To assist with cashiering tasks whenever needed

6. To ensure that play area and surrounding areas are cleaned thoroughly

**45 HOURS PER WEEK = 6 DAY WORKING**

1. 3 days 9am to 6pm, 3 days 9am to 5pm

2. 3 days 1pm to 10pm, 3 days 2pm to 10pm

**BASIC : RM1700 - RM1800**

**Criteria**

Speak good English and BM.

Willing to work long hours when needed

Preferably service/theme park background

Willing to wash toilets, do heavy lifting stocks etc

If needed, to support other outlets too

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
