Cala Qisya has opened a vacancy for an analytical thinker and problem solver individual to join our Accounting team. We want someone who is fun, friendly, extrovert, good at communication, a team player, and most importantly able to take a challenge.

We are seeking for individual who is dynamic, result-oriented, proactive, has initiative, with good analytical and interpersonal skills to be part of our team. This role will report directly to the Account Executive.

**We'd love to hear from you**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- At least 1 year and above of working experience as an Account Assistant or Account Clerk
- Able to work without much supervision and possess a good time management
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with Finance regulations
- Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors
- Proficient with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Capable of working in a fast-paced setting with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and thoroughness
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Prepare weekly report sales and monthly report sales before submitting to Account Manager
- Prepare bank deposits, invoices, and payment voucher
- Process company documentation such as aging reports
- Enter daily financial transactions into internal databases
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable and account receivables
- Help Account Executive to prepare management account
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, tagging fixed assets, etc.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Monitor vendor transaction
- Participate in audits and tax process
- Liaise with Company Secretary
- Handle full set of accounts and records financial transactions by preparing journal entries and bank reconciliation using Quickbook software
- Analyses and records sales deposits from various resources of payment methods such as online banking transfers, cash, e-wallets, credit card merchant, and installment payment plan
- Liaises with the company's payables, auditor, tax agent, secretary, banks, landlords, and creditors vendors
- Process and prepare petty cash reports and reimbursement forms
- Help the accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
