1. To coordinate the department’s sales activities, support team members through secretarial and office administration. 2. Communicates and Co-ordinates the needs of the sales team to all departments within the hotel. For all guest’s proposal, to work closely with sales person by providing accurate and detailed information within 24 hours of guest’s enquiry. 3. Manage departmental documentation and filing system accurately and in a professional manner. 4. To be able to operate the computer (PC) efficiently so as to maximize productivity and generate required reports in timely manner. 5. Answer all in-coming in a professional, courteous and friendly manner before the third ring. 6. Correctly handle the telephone system of the hotel and to accurately receive telephone messages with the caller’s name, company he/she represents and contact details. 7. Attend Sales and Marketing meeting and meeting deemed appropriate to take accurate and precise minutes. Meeting minutes distributed within forty-eight (48) hours. 8. Effectively manage the department’s tracing system. Create and administer the departments filing effectively. Communicate with Sales colleagues for follow-ups.
